Right of withdrawal and refunds

You have 14 days from the start of your subscription to withdraw without giving a reason. Just email support@maxasoft.app from the address you use to sign in to the extension.

If you have started using the subscription

At checkout you choose for the subscription to start immediately, before the 14 days have passed. If you then withdraw within that period, we refund the amount for the unused days of the month.

How we refund

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method, via Stripe. We charge no fee for the refund.

Cancelling after 14 days

You can cancel at any time in the extension settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid month. Months already paid are not refunded, unless the extension did not work through our fault.
